This is one of those where you are conflicted between wanting to gatekeep and wanting to celebrate this wonderful business. Let's cut to the chase, the Coconut Mela Chai is divine. Its the thing that if you bring it to one of your friends on a bad day, they will put bad day on pause. They just opened a tasting room on Howell Mill. Go there. Enjoy the entire experience and then come back here and pick up some for your friends. Its very dignified.

The Chai Box is my go-to resource for classy and comfy gifts. They always are crowd pleasers. Customer service is fantastic and they solved a shipping error (my fault) efficiently and promptly. Thank you!

Delicious! The customer service is just as amazing as the taste of the Chai! I inadvertently auto-filled a wrong street address for my delivery and Sunny corrected it and followed up with an email I felt as though I was talking to a friend.

I love The Chai Box's All Chai'd Up tea and signed up for a subscription. When the subscription went awry and I did not receive my second shipment, I contacted The Chai Box. I received several emails from the founder of the company, who thanked me for calling the problem to her attention, went to work to fix it for other subscribers and sent me a gift certificate with her thanks. Good tea and stellar customer service.

Participated as a vendor at the Diwali Mela hosted by The Chai Box in October 2025. This was a great event that brought together a lot of folks that represent a gamut of cultures, with a positive uplift of Indian heritage. I was able to try their flavors “All Chai’d Up” and “Hill Station” and while vastly different in their taste profiles, they are exceptionally crafted to be bold, soothing, and remembered. All Chai’d Up is a balanced earthy savory and aromatic blend of spices. It’s great hot and surpasses any chai tea I’ve ever had in my limited exploration of boxed chai teas found in your local grocery store or chain coffee shop. Hill Station boasts a creamy, flowery, and sweet profile that settles in the tongues and eases the mind. A great refresher when chilled. It’s also nice to know they seek to build connections with their cultivators and bring a taste of their home to regions far and wide. Thanks for the quali-tea ☕️ -Cotina’s Gourmet Key Lime Pies
